1. Change of mind returns

If your Slime Kit is completely unopened, unused and in its original condition, you may contact us to request a return. Any approved change-of-mind return must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return postage and any associated shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

2. Opened or used Slime Kits

For hygiene, safety and product integrity reasons, Slime Kits cannot be returned or exchanged once they have been opened, used, mixed or partially used. This includes, but is not limited to, kits where:

• Glue, activator or other ingredients have been opened or mixed.
• Slime has been made or partially made.
• Clay, glitter, foam balls, charms, scents or other components have been opened or used.
• Packaging or individual product seals have been opened or damaged.

Because our kits contain ingredients that are designed to be mixed together to create slime, we are unable to accept these products back once they have been opened or used.

3. Custom and personalised orders

Slime Kits that have been custom-made, personalised or specially themed for your order cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind, even if unopened, except where required under the Australian Consumer Law.

4. Faulty, damaged or incorrect orders

Our change-of-mind policy does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, is missing an item, or you receive an incorrect product, please contact Slime Soirée as soon as possible with your order details and photographs so we can review the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution.

5. Acceptance

By purchasing a Slime Soirée Luxury DIY Slime Kit, you acknowledge that opened, used, mixed, customised or personalised kits cannot be returned for change of mind.
