Party pricing displayed on the Website may not include additional charges applicable to a particular booking, including travel, setup, customisation or other charges disclosed before a booking is confirmed.

A party enquiry submitted through the Website does not necessarily constitute a confirmed booking.

Where a personalised quote is provided, the price and conditions stated in that quote will apply subject to any applicable booking terms.

If a pricing error occurs on the Website, we reserve the right to correct the error, subject to applicable Australian consumer law.

6. Party and event enquiries

Submitting a party or event enquiry through our Website does not automatically secure or reserve your requested date or time.

Party dates and times remain subject to availability until the booking requirements communicated by Slime Soirée have been completed.

Where a deposit is required to secure a booking, your booking will not be considered confirmed merely because an enquiry form has been submitted.

Additional booking terms, including deposit requirements, minimum guest numbers, travel fees, cancellation or rescheduling conditions and customer responsibilities, may apply to Slime Soirée party experiences.

Those terms will be communicated as part of the booking process or contained within our separate Party Booking Terms and Conditions.

7. Online orders

Where products are available for purchase through our Website, submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase those products subject to these Terms and any additional terms disclosed during checkout.

We may accept or reject an order where reasonably necessary, including where:

• (a)a product is unavailable;
• (b)payment cannot be processed;
• (c)incorrect information has been provided;
• (d)there is an obvious pricing or Website error;
• (e)we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity; or
